Zona Loket is currently hiring a Field Application Technician to join its operational team in the Sangkapura area. Job Responsibilities
As a Field Application Technician, you will be the frontline representative who helps customers understand, install, and use the company’s applications and services. Your daily work combines technical support with customer communication, so both practical skills and a professional attitude matter.
- Visit customer locations within the Sangkapura area to support the installation, setup, and use of applications and related services.
- Explain product features, usage steps, and basic troubleshooting to customers in clear, easy-to-understand language.
- Handle customer questions and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Support sales and promotional activities by introducing relevant products and services to potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of daily visits, installations, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure follow-ups and after-sales support are completed on time.
- Represent the company professionally when working alongside partner teams and at customer sites.
Requirements and Qualifications
Candidates are expected to meet the following minimum qualifications. Prior experience is welcome but not mandatory, as the company is open to applicants who are willing to learn.
- Male candidates only, in line with the operational requirements of this position.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with teams for Indosat, Telkomsel, Three, or XL is highly preferred.
- Candidates who currently live in or near the Sangkapura area are prioritized.
- Must own a personal vehicle and hold a valid SIM C driver’s license.
- Committed to maintaining the five daily prayers.
- Diligent, honest, and responsible in carrying out daily duties.
- Strong customer communication skills and the ability to explain technical information simply.
- Basic understanding of sales strategy development and selling skills.
- Willing to work a Monday-to-Saturday schedule, 08:00–17:00.
