Hotel Santika Premiere Hayam Wuruk Jakarta is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to lead its HR department. As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a key role in managing the hotel’s most valuable asset—its people—while ensuring that all HR practices align with both company standards and Indonesian labor regulations.
Job Responsibilities
As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions within the hotel. Your daily duties will include:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support the hotel’s business objectives
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Overseeing employee relations, handling grievances, and fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Ensuring full compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and maintaining strong industrial relations practices
- Managing compensation and benefits programs, payroll coordination, and employee performance evaluations
- Organizing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth
- Maintaining accurate HR records and preparing regular HR reports for management
- Coordinating with department heads to address staffing needs and workforce planning
- Promoting employee engagement initiatives and supporting the hotel’s service culture
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or Law
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR professional in a 4-star or 5-star chain hotel
- Strong managerial and leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in English, both oral and written, with strong communication skills
- Professional appearance and attitude, befitting a hospitality environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels
- Strong problem-solving abilities, creativity, and a dynamic work approach
- Solid knowledge of Industrial Relations and Indonesian Labor Regulations
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS)
What We Offer
This position offers a competitive salary range of IDR 1,800,000 to IDR 3,000,000 per month, along with the opportunity to work in a professional hotel environment. Work Schedule
The working days for this position are Monday to Saturday, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00. Candidates should be prepared to work within this schedule and adapt to the operational needs of the hotel industry.
