Job Responsibilities
As a Sales Promoter, you will represent the company’s products and play a key role in driving sales and customer satisfaction. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Promoting and selling products directly to customers at the designated sales location
- Providing accurate product information and explaining features and benefits to potential buyers
- Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company
- Building and maintaining good relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases
- Handling sales administration, including recording transactions and preparing simple sales reports
- Monitoring and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Maintaining product display areas to ensure they are attractive, organized, and well-stocked
- Coordinating with the sales team and supervisors regarding stock availability and customer feedback
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this Sales Promoter position, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (with a valid certificate/diploma)
- Maximum age: 33 years old
- Male candidates preferred, in accordance with the placement requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales role
- Experience in sales, especially in the electronics sector, is highly preferred
- Honest, communicative, and loyal with a strong work ethic
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic skills in sales administration and sales data analysis
- Willing to work Monday to Saturday, from 08:00 to 16:00
- Willing to be placed at Grand Bumi Mas, Denpasar, Bali
