Martabak Holland Farmer1992 is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as an Outlet Crew at our Pengayoman location. As an Outlet Crew member, you will play a vital role in our daily operations, ensuring that every customer receives high-quality products and exceptional service. Job Responsibilities
As an Outlet Crew member, your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth operation of our outlet, from food preparation to maintaining a clean environment. You will be expected to:
- Prepare and cook martabak and terang bulan according to company standards and recipes.
- Sauté and mince beef for fillings and toppings.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet, including cooking utensils, equipment, and dining areas.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers.
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately (if required).
- Assist in managing inventory and reporting stock needs to the supervisor.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily sales targets.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Male, aged 18-30 years old.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Experience in making martabak and terang bulan is required.
- Willing to work afternoon to evening shifts.
- Willing to be placed at any of our branches in Makassar.
- Must own a personal motorcycle for transportation.
- Hardworking, honest, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of store management systems is a plus.
