PT Mediez Sehat Sejahtera, through its Mediez Health Center (MHC) general and dental clinic, is looking for a dedicated HRD Staff to strengthen its human resources team. This is a full-time position suited to candidates with at least one year of HR experience who are eager to grow in a healthcare environment. The role offers a competitive salary range of IDR 2,300,000 to IDR 7,300,000 per month, along with the chance to contribute directly to recruitment, employee administration, and people development within a growing clinic.
Job Responsibilities
As an HRD Staff member at Mediez Health Center, you will support day-to-day human resources operations and help maintain a productive, well-organized workplace. Typical responsibilities include:
- Assisting in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Maintaining accurate employee records, attendance data, and HR documentation.
- Supporting payroll administration and employee benefit coordination.
- Handling employee inquiries related to policies, schedules, and workplace matters.
- Assisting in performance evaluation follow-ups and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinating with clinic managers to ensure staffing needs are met across departments.
- Helping implement company policies and ensuring consistent compliance with professional standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
Candidates who are organized, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic setting are encouraged to apply. The following qualifications are required:
- Male or female, with a maximum age of 30 years.
- Minimum education of SMA/SMK or equivalent; a D3 or S1 degree is a strong advantage.
- At least 1 year of work experience in the HR field.
- Recruitment skills and familiarity with the hiring process.
- Ability to set priorities, work quickly, and multitask effectively.
- Good communication and networking skills.
- Strong professional ethics and a consistent, positive personality.
- A solid work ethic and willingness to take responsibility.
- Willing to be placed at any location as required by the company.
Work Schedule
This position follows a Monday to Saturday work schedule, from 08:00 to 17:00. Candidates should be prepared for a structured working week that supports the operational needs of a general and dental clinic.
