Job Responsibilities
As an Accounting Staff at RS Helsa Ciputat, your daily responsibilities will include a range of financial and administrative tasks essential to the smooth operation of our hospital’s finance department. You will work closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and records in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Process daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is accurate and up to date.
- Operate accounting software such as Accurate, Zahir, or similar tools to record and manage financial transactions.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications to create spreadsheets, analyze data, and generate reports.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with hospital financial policies and relevant government regulations.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies and improve financial processes.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this Accounting Staff position, candidates must meet the following qualifications and demonstrate the necessary skills to succeed in a hospital finance environment.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting from an accredited university.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Prior experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in operating computers and accounting software, particularly Accurate, Zahir, or similar bookkeeping applications.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Proven ability to prepare complete and accurate financial reports.

Work Schedule and Environment
This position follows a work schedule from Monday to Saturday, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00.
