LBB Super Smart is currently seeking a dedicated Cambridge Economics Tutor for High School students to join our tutoring team in Surakarta. This position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about teaching economics using the Cambridge curriculum and who enjoy helping senior high school students build strong analytical and problem-solving skills. As a tutor, you will play a key role in guiding students toward academic success while working in a supportive and professional learning environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Teach Cambridge Economics to SMA (high school) students in both online and offline sessions.
- Prepare and deliver engaging lesson materials aligned with the Cambridge curriculum.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support improvement.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and student needs.
- Maintain a positive, encouraging, and disciplined classroom atmosphere.
- Utilize digital platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams for online classes.
- Keep consistent attendance and adhere to the agreed teaching schedule.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1), or currently enrolled as an S1/S2 student, or a recent graduate.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 from a public university (PTN) or 3.25 from a private university (PTS).
- Experience teaching online and/or offline (fresh graduates with relevant skills are welcome to apply).
- Strong mastery of the subject being taught, particularly Cambridge Economics.
- Friendly, patient, creative, innovative, and communicative personality.
- Reliable and committed — not frequently taking leave or rescheduling classes.
- Proficient in using Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.
- Good communication skills and teaching development abilities.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

This position offers a competitive salary range of IDR 2,000,000 to IDR 7,300,000 per month, depending on qualifications and teaching load.
