Job Responsibilities
As a Remedial Officer in the Collection division, your primary focus will be on managing and resolving overdue accounts. You will be responsible for the following key duties:
- Manage and take responsibility for the timely execution of collection activities for overdue accounts receivable (A/R Overdue).
- Monitor and follow up on delinquent customer accounts to ensure payments are made according to schedule.
- Conduct field visits and direct communication with customers to negotiate repayment solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure credit monitoring and collection processes run smoothly.
- Achieve monthly collection targets set by the branch and regional management.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to outstanding balances professionally and efficiently.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this Remedial Officer position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar collection or credit recovery role is a strong advantage.
- Maximum age of 30 years old.
- Male candidates preferred, as per the current hiring requirement.
- Understanding of multifinance business processes and strong target orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrates integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Willing to be placed at Adira Finance branch according to domicile, specifically in Banda Aceh (Teuku Umar area).
- Working days: Monday to Saturday.
- Working hours: 08:00 to 16:00.
