Ohmylash Studio is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Lash and Nail Artist to join our growing beauty team in Medan. If you have a passion for eyelash extensions, nail art, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, this full-time position offers a supportive work environment, skill development opportunities, and a chance to grow with a studio that values quality and creativity. The role is based at Jalan Singa No. 160, Medan, with working hours from 09:00 to 18:00 WIB across six working days.
Job Responsibilities
As a Lash and Nail Artist at Ohmylash Studio, your daily work will focus on providing professional beauty services while ensuring every client feels comfortable and satisfied. Your main responsibilities include:
- Applying eyelash extensions according to each customer’s request and preferences.
- Providing nail art services, brow treatments, and callus treatments.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of tools and the work area in accordance with company SOPs.
- Delivering friendly, polite, and professional service to every customer.
- Supporting service promotion efforts, such as taking photos of completed work for social media content.
- Managing appointments and working efficiently to meet service targets.
Requirements and Qualifications
We welcome candidates who are passionate about the beauty industry and eager to develop their skills. The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications:
- Female applicants are welcome to apply.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 32 years old.
- At least 3 months of experience in the beauty field, with priority given to those experienced in eyelash and nail services.
- Neat, patient, communicative, and possessing a good attitude.
- Ability to work with targets and maintain customer comfort.
- Willing to participate in internal training when required.
- Skills in eyelash extension application and nail art are essential.
