PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk (Adira Finance) is opening an opportunity for a Field Collection Officer to join its Mitra Collection Backend (MCBE) team in Situbondo, East Java. This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable working in the field, enjoy meeting people, and are ready to take responsibility for ensuring that customer payments are collected on time. As part of one of Indonesia’s leading multifinance companies, you will play a key role in maintaining healthy accounts receivable and supporting the company’s overall financial performance.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and take responsibility for the timely execution of collection activities for overdue accounts receivable (A/R).
- Visit customers directly to carry out collection and follow-up on outstanding payments.
- Communicate with customers professionally to remind them of their payment obligations and negotiate payment arrangements where necessary.
- Monitor and document the status of each collection case accurately and report progress to supervisors.
- Maintain good relationships with customers while upholding the company’s professional image and standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure collection targets and timelines are met.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Male.
- No minimum age limit; candidates of all ages are welcome to apply.
- Experience: Open to fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience (minimum 0 years).
- Customer relationship skills, with the ability to interact respectfully and effectively with customers.
- Willing to work in the field and travel within the Situbondo area.
- Disciplined, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Honest, reliable, and committed to achieving collection targets.
Work Arrangement
- Working hours are flexible (freelance arrangement).
- Working days: Monday to Saturday.
- Working hours: 08:00 – 16:00.
