Rumah Sakit FMC is seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Operating Room Nurse to join our surgical care team. Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Operating Room Nurse at Rumah Sakit FMC, you will play a critical role in ensuring that surgical procedures are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with established clinical standards. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Preparing the operating room, surgical instruments, and equipment before each procedure to ensure a sterile and safe environment.
- Assisting surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures by passing instruments, monitoring vital signs, and anticipating the needs of the surgical team.
- Maintaining strict sterile technique and infection control protocols throughout all surgical procedures.
- Monitoring patients’ condition before, during, and after surgery, and responding promptly to any changes or emergencies.
- Collaborating with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal surgical outcomes.
- Documenting surgical procedures, patient responses, and other relevant information accurately in medical records.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior nurses and supporting staff in the operating room.
- Ensuring that surgical equipment is properly maintained, sterilized, and available for use.
- Participating in shift rotations as required by the hospital’s scheduling system.
- Upholding patient satisfaction as a core priority by delivering compassionate and professional care at all times.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this senior nursing position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Male or female applicants are welcome; maximum age of 56 years old.
- Minimum education of D3 in Nursing (D3/D4 preferred).
- At least 7 years of proven experience as an Operating Room Nurse.
- Possession of a valid and active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi).
- Active BTCLS (Basic Trauma and Cardiac Life Support) certification.
- Valid operating room nursing certification.
- Strong communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekdays and Saturdays.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong orientation toward patient satisfaction and quality care.
- No outstanding issues with online lending or financial obligations.
Work Schedule and Environment
This position follows a work schedule from Monday to Saturday, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00. As a senior nurse in the operating room, you will be part of a dedicated surgical team in a hospital setting that values precision, teamwork, and patient-centered care. The role requires physical stamina, mental alertness, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will work in a well-equipped operating room environment alongside experienced medical professionals.

Rumah Sakit FMC provides a competitive salary range of IDR 1,000,000 to IDR 4,000,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
