Job Responsibilities
As an Ironing & Finishing Staff member at Londry IN, you will play a key role in ensuring that every item leaving our facility meets our quality standards. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Ironing and pressing garments and other laundry items according to established quality standards.
- Performing finishing tasks such as folding, hanging, and packaging cleaned items neatly.
- Inspecting items for stains, damage, or incomplete cleaning before finishing.
- Ensuring that all finished products are tidy, presentable, and ready for customer pickup or delivery.
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the ironing and finishing work area.
- Following daily production targets and completing tasks within the allotted time.
- Coordinating with team members to ensure a smooth workflow between washing, drying, and finishing stages.
- Reporting any equipment issues or quality concerns to the supervisor.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders.
- No prior experience required; however, experience or a strong interest in laundry or textile work is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous in completing tasks.
- Disciplined and able to work efficiently to meet targets.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and handling garments.

Work Schedule and Environment
This is a full-time position with working days from Monday to Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00. The role is based in our laundry production facility, where you will work alongside a supportive team in a fast-paced but organized environment. You will receive guidance on our finishing standards and have the opportunity to grow your skills in garment care and quality control.
