PrimeBiz Hotel Tegal is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced F&B Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets. As an F&B Outlet Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that every guest enjoys outstanding service, quality food and beverage offerings, and a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the standards of PrimeBiz Hotel Tegal.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the outlet team to deliver consistently high standards of service and hospitality.
- Maintain a strong service-oriented approach, prioritizing guest satisfaction and promptly addressing any concerns or feedback.
- Oversee food and beverage preparation and presentation to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with hotel standards.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of beverages, including menu development, stock control, and quality assurance, to enhance the outlet’s offerings.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage supplies, and coordinate with relevant departments to control costs and minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations throughout the outlet.
- Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and other departments to maintain seamless operations.
- Utilize English language skills in daily communication with international guests and in documentation where required.
- Prepare reports and contribute to operational planning to support the outlet’s overall performance and growth.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Hospitality, Food and Beverage Management, or a related field.
- Open to all genders.
- Strong service-oriented mindset with a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of the English language (GSA level).
- In-depth understanding of beverages is highly preferred (FBOM).
- Solid skills in food and beverage management, including team supervision and operational coordination.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Willingness to work according to the outlet’s operating schedule.
