PT. RAKHASA ARTHA WISESA is looking for a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to join its team in Jakarta Barat. This is an on-site position for someone who understands that social media is more than just posting updates — it is about building communities, sparking engagement, and helping a brand grow. Job Responsibilities
As a Social Media Specialist, you will take ownership of the content process from concept to publish. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Planning, creating, and managing daily content across multiple social media platforms.
- Writing engaging copy that matches the brand voice and resonates with the target audience.
- Monitoring and responding to audience interactions, including comments, direct messages, and mentions.
- Analyzing content performance and providing strategic insights to improve future campaigns.
- Collaborating with the design, marketing, and product teams to support business objectives.
- Keeping up with the latest social media trends and developing fresh creative ideas for new content.
Requirements and Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with a genuine creative spirit and a strong willingness to grow. The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum education of SMA/SMK or equivalent; a D3/S1 degree in Communication, Marketing, Design, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Social Media Admin or Staff. Fresh graduates with a strong creative portfolio are welcome to apply.
- Familiarity with key platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Ability to write compelling captions and simple storytelling that fits the brand.
- Creative, up to date with social media trends, and eager to experiment with new formats.
- Comfortable working with targets, multitasking, and collaborating within a team.
- Strong communicative thinking, attention to detail, and content editing skills.
- Experience with social media tools and content/media editing is an advantage.

Work Environment and Schedule
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta Barat. Working days are Monday to Saturday, from 09:00 to 17:00. The role offers hands-on exposure to multi-platform content strategy and the chance to see your ideas make a direct impact on audience engagement and brand awareness.
