PT. ELUCKYGAME TECHNOLOGY ASIA is expanding its footprint in Indonesia’s fast-growing shared equipment market and is looking for a driven Business Development professional to lead market deployment for claw machines and shared power bank services. This role is based in Pantai Indah Kapuk 2 (PIK2), one of the most dynamic commercial and entertainment areas in North Jakarta, and offers a competitive salary of IDR 5,000,000 to IDR 7,000,000 per month. Job Responsibilities
- Develop regional market deployment strategies based on the characteristics of the shared power bank and claw machine/game machine industry, including target venue selection such as shopping malls, restaurants, cafes, and entertainment venues.
- Plan location expansion schedules and equipment deployment timelines, drawing on past market expansion experience with similar shared equipment.
- Analyze foot traffic, consumer spending data, and competitor placement to optimize equipment locations and improve the profitability of each individual unit.
- Identify, develop, and maintain merchant partnerships, negotiating equipment entry agreements such as rental terms and profit-sharing models, and driving contracts through to signing.
- Leverage an existing local business network, including mall operators and chain brand managers, to quickly reach core decision makers.
- Coordinate supply chain resources, including equipment procurement, logistics, and installation teams, to ensure deployment progress while keeping costs under control.
- Track operational data such as equipment utilization rate, failure rate, and revenue, and formulate operational strategies based on findings, including pricing adjustments and maintenance optimization.
- Handle sudden operational issues such as supply chain delays or merchant withdrawals with practical, fast-moving solutions.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum education of SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience; candidates with 3 or more years of market deployment or operation experience in shared equipment such as shared power banks, vending machines, or claw machines are strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with the full process of equipment point evaluation and merchant negotiation, with successful cases of driving large-scale regional deployment.
- Proven ability to independently plan and implement market plans, and to optimize equipment layout through data analysis, ideally having increased single-device revenue by more than 20%.
- Experience handling unexpected challenges such as supply chain delays and merchant withdrawals.
- Strong sales skills and effective spoken communication skills.
